We specialize in:

- Other custom printed products
Because many of our products are custom made, slight variations in color, size, and placement may occur.
ordering
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personalization information.
- Reviewing proofs (when provided).
- Verifying spelling, numbers, sizing, and other details before production.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales tax is collected where required by law.
payment
We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers.
Orders begin production only after payment has been successfully received.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within the turnaround time shown on the product page.
Custom projects may require additional production time.
shipping
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Because many products are custom made, they may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, photos, and website content are the property of Shifted Graphix LLC unless otherwise noted.
Customers must have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted artwork they submit.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting artwork, customers confirm they have the legal right to reproduce and use the images, logos, trademarks, or designs provided.
Shifted Graphix LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-supplied artwork.
Custom Product Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing any proofs or design approvals before production begins. Once a design has been approved and production starts, additional changes may require a new order or additional charges.
Installation
Customers are responsible for proper installation. Shifted Graphix LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, surface preparation, or application to incompatible surfaces.
Limitation of Liability
Shifted Graphix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their paint, PPF, or vinyl wrap is fully cured and in good condition before installation. Shifted Graphix is not responsible for damage resulting from defective, improperly installed, or deteriorated paint protection film or wraps.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Website Accuracy
We work to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or modify orders affected by those errors.
