Processing Time

Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom graphics, liveries, and larger orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the project. If your order requires extra time, we will contact you with an estimated completion date.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers, including:

Other carriers when appropriate

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $100 or more (before taxes and discounts) shipped within the United States.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available for select orders during checkout

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Custom Products

Many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure names, numbers, colors, sizing, and other customization details are correct.

Shipping Delays

Shifted Graphix LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather
Carrier delays
Holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Events outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
